Dear One Funny Mother Retailer:

 Thank you for being a valued member of the One Funny Mother retail team! Below is our internet policy for all brick and mortar establishments representing our products. By signing this document you agree you have read this policy and will comply.

1. Retailer may only sell or advertise OFM products on agreed upon websites, URLs, or DBAs.
2. Retailer agrees to only sell OFM products to the consumer/end user and not to third party dealers, wholesalers, other retailers, or exporters.
3. Chardonnay Go has a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) of $29.99 USD and Retailer must adhere to it.
4. Shiraz On The Shelf has a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) of $25.00 USD and Retailer must adhere to it.
5. Use official OFM images, titles and descriptions found at www.onefunnymother.com/products.

Receipt of goods implicitly binds customers to this policy. Failure to abide by this policy could result in account termination. If you have not signed and returned the policy, please review and do so prior to ordering. If you have questions or need to confirm if we have your signed form, please contact specialty@onefunnymother.com.

One Funny Mother is a strong proponent of the specialty retailer, and we place high value on the relationships we have developed. In order to maintain the integrity of OFM’s products, our fair pricing, and our customer-focused reputation, we will continue to take an engaged approach to managing how our brand is represented and sold in the digital marketplace.

Restricting All 3rd Party Online Marketplaces:
We are designating ALL third party online marketplaces as restricted to unauthorized sellers. Third party websites include, but are not limited to; Amazon.com (and all international Amazon marketplaces), Jet.com, Sears.com, WalMart.com, Target.com, Rakuten, 11 Main, eBay, Wish, Walgreens.com, etc. New third party online marketplaces are continually emerging. Any and all third party marketplaces are included in this restriction.

Advertising via Social Media / Store Websites
While we are making this important change to how we manage third party online marketplaces, we remain committed to helping our retail partners succeed. If you are interested in advertising our products via social media or on your store's website, you are required to use approved videos and pictures at onefunnymother.com/products. You may advertise our products via social media and your stores website but require all sales occur in your brick and mortar locations.

Strict Compliance To Maintain An Active Account:
Should you disregard this notice, your account may be subject to termination. I have read and agree to abide by this policy.
